Newway Formwork Inc. is proud to contribute to the construction of 95 Nelson Street, a landmark 28-storey mixed-use development in Northeast False Creek.
Developed through a partnership between Brightside Community Homes Foundation, the City of Vancouver, and BC Housing, this project will deliver 283 affordable rental homes, a new Firehall #8, and a 44-space licensed childcare facility, creating a vibrant community that supports families, seniors, and individuals.
Designed to meet the needs of a growing urban neighbourhood, the development combines affordable housing with essential public services in a single, integrated project. The new firehall will feature four apparatus bays and a high-performance energy-efficient design built to Passive House standards, while the childcare centre will provide much-needed licensed childcare spaces for the community.
